Jamia Markaz honoured H.E Dr Mana Saeed Al Otaiba
Jamia Markaz honoured H.E Dr Mana Saeed Al Otaiba, the special adviser of the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and well-known writer, poet and diplomat and the former petroleum minister of UAE in a uniquely arranged programme in Marrakesh, Morocco. Why Markaz selected Morocco to this profoundly remarkable function is, Mr. H.E Dr Mana Saeed Al Otaiba, has a long connection between these two countries. He had been sent to resolve the issue of Pakistan and Bangladesh four-decade before by the founder of UAE His Highness Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, May Allah enlighten his hereafter life, by meeting the then Indian Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi. He also negotiated fruitfully as a diplomat when some issues arose between India and Morocco years ago and successfully resolved. He is a prominent member of the Royal Moroccan Academy under HH King Hassan II. The honoration titling 'Daktura Fakhriyya' was given, because of his outstanding contribution in stabilizing the world peacefully intervening in a number of complicated issues and for his extremely remarkable contribution to Arab literature.
