Pluralistic dialogues would ease the world peaceful: Sheikh Abubakr
Kozhikode: Kanthapuram AP Aboobacker Musliyar, the General Secretary of All India Scholars Association, stated in the scholars’ conference convened under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Emirate Place, Abu Dhabi that consistent pluralistic dialogues among the supreme leaders of different religions and faiths will help to have a peaceful society in the world. Religious leaders can influence largely the common believers, though a vast majority of humanity are ardent believers in a different faith. He said that the East and West of the were developed in terms of technology, science, philosophy literature according to the exchange of knowledge for centuries. But a few decades ago, such a nourishing development in understanding was decreasing. This massive conference will certainly help to have a firm connection between east and west and in turn, to build a co-existing society everywhere.
The conference was inaugurated by Sheik Ashamed el-Tayeb, the grand imam of Egypt’s Al-Azhar, who is also a chief guest in the programme. The conference was noticed across globally, though Pope Francis’s first visit in the Arab region for attending in. Northern Arabia Region Bishop Camillo Ballin, Iraq Research Society president Dr Samir Bouldinar, Myanmar Islamic Centre Chief convener Al-Hajj Aye Lawin, International Hug Movement Chairman Sebastian Camco also talked in the meeting.
